Scott Bordogna

Scott Bordogna is a Director of Asset Management at GTIS Partners and is responsible for driving operating and financial performance through strategic, hands on asset management of the firm's investments in its U.S. platform.Mr. Bordogna's experience in the real estate industry began in 2008. Prior to joining GTIS in 2014, Mr. Bordogna was a Vice President at Synapse Capital where he was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities as well as asset management across the firm's platforms. Prior to Synapse, Mr. Bordogna was an Associate at the estate of Lehman Brothers performing workouts across the firm's real estate portfolio. At Lehman, Mr. Bordogna was focused on the asset management of debt, equity and REO assets with gross capitalization of roughly $1 billion. His responsibilities included oversight of development, evaluating financing opportunities and potential exit strategies.Mr. Bordogna received a M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.
