Scott is responsible for new development and corporate growth. Since 1980, he has led development and construction of over 40 multi-family projects, ten commercial retail centers and three single family developments. He believes the key to successful real estate development is anticipating lifestyle trends and building communities around them. Scott is a licensed real estate broker and has experience as a practicing attorney.
