Saurabh Mahajan

Mr. Mahajan is Senior Director of Capital Markets based in RMR’s Maryland office. He is responsible for managing Tremont’s originations’ efforts in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Tremont in 2021, Mr. Mahajan was focused on nationwide commercial real estate bridge lending. He was previously the Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending at MidCap Financial and Vice President of Loan Originations at iBorrow, L.P. and has also held roles at The Rockefeller Group and Guardian Realty Management. He earned his B.S. in Finance from Cornell University.
