Bio
Sarah co-manages a diverse portfolio of real estate development financing products including New Markets Tax Credits, HUD108, EB-5, and other subordinate lending at PIDC and is responsible for taking complex projects through qualification, approval, and closing. Previously Sarah worked for the non-profit economic development entity RIDC in Pittsburgh, PA where she worked in several aspects of the real estate development process including analyzing, pursuing, and executing the funding for new projects and leases as well as overseeing community & stakeholder engagement. She was also a 2008 St. Louis Teach For America corps member, where she taught high school mathematics. Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts from John Carroll University; a Master of Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis; and a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University’s H. John Heinz III College.
