Sarah Godwin is a Senior Vice President at Foundry Commercial where she co-leads the Land Services team in the Raleigh, NC office and throughout the Carolinas. With more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience, Sarah has sold more than $840 million in greenfield and redevelopment land and specializes in institutional land investment sales and development advisory services for a wide range of clients. Sarah has extensive experience with selling land for diverse uses including multifamily, residential, build-for-rent, life science, and medical office.

Sarah is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. She earned dual degrees in economics and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
