Sara Soudani

As Senior Vice President, National Account Manager at Commonwealth Land Title Company (also serving Lawyers Title Company & Fidelity National Title Group Builder Services), Sara is responsible for coordinating the best people, pricing, products, and services to facilitate a smooth closing for her clients.

Sara has over 30 years of experience in the title insurance industry where she worked internally learning about title and escrow and then moved into sales and sales management where her sales team was number one in market share in every territory. Her background includes working on everything from large commercial and residential master planned communities, high rise commercial and residential projects, hotels, mixed use projects, and affordable housing developments across the country. She has worked in 28 states and is comfortable on a single site commercial transaction, a subdivision, or a multi-site, multi-state project.

Sara has a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Northridge in Business Administration and continues to educate herself through attending events sponsored by CCA, BIA, ULI, ICSC, and the Bar Association.
