Bio

As Managing Director of the Financial Consulting Group, Sara Rollins is responsible for providing sophisticated financial and analytical corporate advisory services required by tenants in the market today.  Sara combines her experience and knowledge of capital markets, corporate real estate and strategic planning to develop client tailored financial solutions which enable CBRE clients to make fully informed real estate decisions.

The consultative services are used to facilitate an informed decision-making process for all stages of the tenant/corporate advisory services process.  The primary services produced are financial modeling interpretation of financial impact, identification of accounting and tax issues, and the production of documented support on lease analysis, lease comparison, build-to-suits, etc.  Financial Consulting Group designs and customizes its work to communicate information in the consistent, professional manner required by financial institution and Corporate Chief Financial Officers.

Ms. Rollins has over twenty years of real estate and structured finance experience.  Prior to joining CBRE, she was Director – Sales and Financing for Douglas Aircraft Company where her responsibilities included managing airplane sales campaigns for international airlines and developing highly sophisticated financial structures including synthetic lease transactions.  Before Douglas Aircraft, Ms. Rollins was Director – Real Estate Finance for McDonnell Douglas Finance Corporation where she was responsible for a portfolio of real estate loans and foreclosed real estate in excess of $300 million.  The scope of her duties included loan underwriting, loan servicing, and property disposition and asset management of real-estate-owned.
