Samuel T. Wilmoth

Mr. Wilmoth joined Coro in 2019 as Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, Mr. Wilmoth is responsible for the operations of assigned portfolio properties, strategic repositioning of existing assets, managing new acquisition and development projects, and investor relations. Mr. Wilmoth also serves as a legal resource for Coro and its operations, and manages relationships with outside legal counsel. Prior to joining Coro, Mr. Wilmoth practiced in the commercial real estate development group at the law firm of Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. Mr. Wilmoth received a B.A. in European History from Washington and Lee University, and a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the Georgia Law Review.
