Samuel Pierzina

Born and raised in San Diego, Sam Pierzina joined Ensemble after graduating with a Business Economics degree from UCLA in 2015. Since joining Ensemble, Sam has grown with the company and now manages the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Analytics department.

Sam plays an integral role in the investment and development process. Along with his team, he is responsible for the financial underwriting and feasibility assessment of the company’s expanding investments pipeline. These responsibilities include financial modeling, market research, and strategic planning as well as coordination with investors and the broader capital markets.
