Sam Orman is a Production Analyst of CBRE Capital Markets and is an analyst on the Debt & Structured Finance team serving the Central U.S. Sam is responsible for assisting with each process of the transaction to ensure timely execution and funding.
Prior to joining CBRE Capital Markets, Sam was a Business Development Manager for Xsite Health, a healthcare startup in San Francisco. At Xsite Health, Sam led US corporate sales, account management, and clinical reporting of onsite wellness services with multinational clients. Prior to Xsite, Sam worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Indianapolis as a Financial Advisor, where he supported two senior advisors. He performed portfolio reviews, fund research, risk assessments, and prepared client presentations for high net worth individuals.
Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Sam interned as a Summer Analyst for BlackRock’s Institutional Client Business Team in San Francisco. He supported senior members with client support, product research, and preparing multiproduct presentations for both private and public institutional clients.
