Samantha Hallowell is a managing director with Newmark in Boston, one of the nation's most successful investment property sales teams, specializing in the marketing and disposition of investment-grade office, industrial and mixed-use properties across the country. Since joining the team, Ms. Hallowell and her group have underwritten and successfully closed more than $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions throughout the Northeast.

Ms. Hallowell joined Newmark after serving as an associate director on the market-leading investment sales team of Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to C&W, Ms. Hallowell was an associate on JLL's capital markets team. She began her real estate career at Richards Barry Joyce and Partners, as an assistant vice president specializing in the representation of tenant and landlord clients in the suburban Boston market.

Professional Affiliations

An active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Real Estate Finance Association (REFA), Ms. Hallowell sits on the Boston Market Council at ULI and is a tri-chair on the Emerging Leaders Committee at REFA.

Education

Ms. Hallowell graduated from the College of the Holy Cross, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish with a pre-medical concentration. She spent her junior year studying abroad at the University of León in Spain. She also served as captain of the Holy Cross Division I Varsity Women's Lacrosse team. She resides in Boston, Massachusetts, with her husband.
