Sam Sukut stands as Vice President and Director for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, specializing in the industrial space and providing service to owners and operators. Sam is a proven leader with strong business and commercial real estate knowledge. He has a track record of success and giving his clients the highest quality service. Sam is able to provide his clients with top-of-the-line services by utilizing Matthews™ technology, such as their national shared database and streamlined service process. In 2020, Sam lead efforts in founding a new corporate platform with his previous company at Inland Pacific. This involved restructuring and rebranding Inland Pacific to prepare for future growth of the company. As Managing Partner of Inland Pacific, Sam was able to grow a team responsible for over $450 million worth of transactions since 2020.

Prior to Matthews™, Sam worked for Inland Pacific where he was responsible for high-level strategic management and oversight of all business operations such as brokerage, property management, investment advisory, and investment syndication services. Before Inland Pacific, Sam worked as an Associate for Stream Realty Partners in San Diego, California where he focused on property leasing and sales.
