Sam performs and helps oversee underwriting and acquisitions analysis of investment opportunities for InSite.
Prior to InSite, Sam worked alongside Nathan as the Senior Acquisitions Analyst for SmartStop Self Storage, a public non-traded REIT, where he helped acquire over 40 properties. Sam’s prior work experience includes residential land acquisitions and apartment acquisitions.
Sam earned his MBA from the University of California, Irvine Paul Merage School of Business. Sam lives in Irvine with his wife and 2 daughters. Prior to having children, Sam enjoyed backpacking, golfing and playing basketball.
