Sam is an Associate on the Northwest Florida's Advisory and Transaction team, consulting across all property types covering markets from Pensacola to Tallahassee. Prior to joining CBRE, Sam specialized in landlord representation for over 4.5 million SF throughout the Greater Los Angeles area and over 100,000 SF of tenant representation throughout California. Her ten years of experience in commercial real estate has encompassed leasing and management across all property types in California and parts of the Washington Metropolitan Area.
