Sam Hanna

Sam joined Kidder Mathews in 2020 and specializes in the sale of single-tenant and net lease investments on a national basis with an emphasis on retail and industrial properties. Formerly a director in Marcus & Millichap’s Net Lease Properties Group and a senior vice president at SRS Real Estate Partners, Sam has more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, having executed sales across all property types and closing $400 million in transactions.

Notable transactions include the sale of numerous Fedex facilities nationally, a 650,000 square foot Coca-Cola bottling facility, and several high profile retail properties locally and nationally.
