Sam Gauger is the Wisconsin Market Team Lead for Colliers’ Midwest Multifamily Advisory Group, a team that closed over $100 million of multifamily sales in Wisconsin within its first 24 months of expansion to the market and over $2.5 billion (12,500+ units) across the Midwest in a recent 18 month span.

Sam is primarily responsible for procuring and executing multifamily investment sales transactions. He is well versed in analyzing and interpreting the market to understand the risks and rewards related to a given asset. His approach goes beyond surface level advice, rather Sam works to communicate, inform and guide his clients through all facets of a multifamily asset.

Sam graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in Real Estate and Accounting. In addition to his experience and education, Sam is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
