Bio
Mr. Sam Foster, Chief Executive Officer, began his career with PRG in 2004. In his first years at PRG, Mr. Foster served in various onsite property management capacities gaining invaluable experience running the day to day operations of multifamily communities. In 2007 Mr. Foster was brought to Philadelphia to focus on acquisition opportunities, overall company expansion, and in 2011 optimizing property operations. In 2013, he was elevated to his current position of Chief Executive Officer of PRG Real Estate. During his tenure, he has been directly responsible for the acquisition, development, and financing of well over $1.5 billion of multifamily communities throughout the United States. Mr. Foster also serves as CEO and Managing Director of PRG Capital Management, PRG’s in-house Real Estate fund manager. Mr. Foster received his BS in Mathematics from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling with his wife and English Bulldog, Fergus. He is a deal-junkie at heart and is known to discuss apartment deals 24/7 with various stakeholders regardless of whether he is at the hotel pool, ballpark, or much to his wife’s chagrin, the restaurant dinner table.
