Sam Blake

Sam Blake is a Vice President of Acquisitions at Quad Property Group, based in the company’s Denver, Colorado office. Before joining Quad Property Group in 2021, Sam was an Acquisitions Associate at Hamilton Zanze, a large owner/operator of multifamily real estate with a portfolio of over 20,000 apartment units. At Hamilton Zanze, Sam was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence of potential multifamily acquisitions across the United States. Prior to Hamilton Zanze, Sam worked as an analyst for the Jones-Saglimbeni Group of Institutional Property Advisors in Palo Alto, California. Sam graduated from Southern Methodist University with Bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate Finance and History.
