Mr. Gonzales is Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of Lance-Kashian & Company. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Gonzales graduated from Washington Union High School in 1989 and graduated from The Masters College in Newhall, California with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Arts Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Youth Ministry. In 2014, Mr. Gonzales furthered his education by attending the University of Southern California to obtain his Masters in Real Estate Development.
