Profile
Sally Macoicz is a Managing Director with the Industrial Brokerage Group and member of Global Supply Chain Solutions at Cushman & Wakefield's Chicago downtown office. She has twenty three years of experience in the real estate field and concentrates on the sale and lease of manufacturing and distribution facilities, build-to-suit transactions, and investment sales. Over the last seventeen years she has negotiated 15.1 million square feet of lease transactions and 5.6 million square feet of sale transactions valued at approximately $752 million.
Ms. Macoicz's reputation for getting the job done and creating value has earned her a diverse roster of clients including BWAY Corporation, Central American Group, Cargill, Inc., General Electric, Industrial Income Trust and Principal Investors. Ms. Macoicz joined Cushman & Wakefield in April 1994 as an industrial real estate broker. Her most recent experience prior to joining the firm was with Chicago real estate investor Samuel Zell, where she was responsible for refinancing various real estate assets including office buildings, regional malls, strip shopping centers, and multi-unit apartment complexes.
