Sahil Jain

As a Senior Associate at North Park Ventures, Sahil's responsibilities include underwriting acquisitions and developments, supporting capital syndication and due diligence, and investor relations. Prior to joining North Park Ventures, Sahil was an Analyst within the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs where he focused on multifamily and industrial product across all regions. During his tenure at Goldman Sachs, Sahil was involved in nearly $1.4 billion of multifamily real estate transactions spanning an aggregate of 3,800 units. Sahil also held experience in the underwriting, business planning, and the lease-up and renewal of multiple tenants throughout a last-mile industrial portfolio comprising over one million square feet across seven buildings.

Sahil received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was a member of the Kenan-Flagler Real Estate Fund.
