Ryan Waugh

Ryan Waugh joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019. In addition to his brokerage experience, he was part of the iCap Realty Advisors Debt & Equity Financing Group in Atlanta, GA. Prior to working for iCap, Ryan was a corporate consultant for the United States Ambassador to Switzerland. During his tenure in brokerage, Mr. Waugh was named “Emerging Leader of The Year, 30 Under 30” by the Southeastern Chamber of Commerce. Ryan has played an integral role in supporting Brian McVay & Jude Collins, his team members. In his role, Mr. Waugh focuses on business development, transaction management, financial analysis, and contract documentation.
