Ryan Watson is a First Vice President of CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Division. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Watson was a Vice President of a national mortgage banking firm where he was one of the firm’s top producers for multiple years. His responsibilities included debt originations, joint venture and equity placement, investment sales, and investor relations. His ability to quickly analyze properties and identify the appropriate capital source for specific transactions has enabled his clients to grow their real estate holdings at an expedited pace.
