Ryan has over 10 years of experience accounting in real estate related fields including property management, mezzanine lending, construction, real estate investment funds & trusts. As a Senior Accountant, Ryan assists in day-to-day accounting and reporting duties, as well as, developing and maintaining the financial procedures for reporting accurate and timely financial information. Before joining Schafer Richardson Ryan served as a Senior Accountant for Talon Real Estate, an Accounting Manager for CBRE, and a Senior Accountant for Pearlmark Real Estate in Chicago.
