Ryan is a Senior Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has represented corporate, institutional, lending institutions and entrepreneurial owners with the acquisition, disposition and recapitalization of retail centers throughout the United States. Ryan has substantial experience in the valuation, assessment and disposition of major retail portfolios. He also has considerable knowledge and understanding of the valuation and disposition of land parcels for both commercial and residential development.
