Ryan Schwartz

Ryan Schwartz is an Associate Director in Walker & Dunlop’s Capital Markets group in the Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey office. Mr. Schwartz is responsible for originating new loans for a variety of asset types nation-wide, including retail, multifamily, office, hospitality, and industrial. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Schwartz was the Owner and Founder of Garden State Jewelers, a jewelry store serving clients from all over the tri-state area. Mr. Schwartz served as the primary decision-maker and spearheaded multiple key initiatives in marketing and sales strategy, as well as product sourcing and vendor negotiation. Previously, Mr. Schwartz served as Senior Property Manager for Elm City Realty, where he directly managed a team of six and was responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of 100 units. Beyond the company, he is a member of BNI and volunteers at the Friendship Circle of New Jersey.
