Ryan Reethof is a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Atlanta office. Reethof works alongside Justin Parsonnet and Jay O’Meara to lead office investment sales in the southeast U.S. region, including Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Birminghamand Florida.

To date, he has contributed to over $15 billion in institutional office transactions, leveraging his capital markets expertise and a deep understanding of value creation. His strategic insights and commitment to excellence have contributed to significant transactions, including Coda at Tech Square, 5995 Windward and 1420 Peachtree.

An active member of professional and alumni networks, Reethof has served on the Terry College of Business Young Alumni Board and NAIOP Future Leaders, and he is a member of AYREP.

Reethof obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from the University of Georgia.
