Bio
Ryan Pritchard has worked in real estate since 2013, principally within the senior living and healthcare segments. Prior to joining MedCore, Ryan worked at JLL, Welltower, and Hines in positions that entailed increasing levels of responsibility across investment, development, and asset management. Ryan joined MedCore in June 2021 with a primary focus on identifying, structuring, and maintaining capital and operating partner relationships, as well as successfully executing transactions and sourcing new opportunities.
