Ryan Menendez joins CBRE from Swan Capital Partners where he was a Senior Partner. There he gained extensive experience in the land development process. Ryan began his career in the pharmaceutical industry and has worked in sales, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, inventory management and production planning. Throughout his career, he oversaw business development, legal strategy, finance, and accounting. In 2011, he cofounded Virtus Pharmaceuticals, a generic pharmaceutical marketing and distribution firm. Virtus grew to over $100 million in gross revenue before being sold to private equity. He has owned various other businesses and invested in multiple commercial real estate ventures since selling his shares in Virtus. Ryan is a third generation Tampa native and a graduate of the University of South Florida’s College of Business Administration.
