Ryan McGuirl is an Associate Director on the Tri-State Investment Sales group of Avison Young's New York City Office.

Ryan's expertise includes Multifamily, Mixed-Use and Development sales, with a track record of over $1 Billion in transactions across New York City and Northern NJ while at Avison Young.

Previously, Ryan was a top producer at Bold New York, where he managed leasing execution of multifamily portfolios throughout NYC, and closed over $35 Million in residential sales.

Ryan earned his Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Development from NYU's Schack Real Estate Program, where he received The Michael J. Farrell Academic Excellence Scholarship Award, was selected as a 2020-2021 NYU SPS Dean's Scholar and participated in the NYU SPS High School Academy Mentorship Program for first-generation high school students in New York City. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Trinity College, where he was a member of the varsity football team and was named to the 2011 and 2012 New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) All-Academic Team.

Ryan is licensed as an Associate Broker in New York and as a Real Estate Salesperson in New Jersey. He is an active member of REBNY and ULI's Young Leadership Group, acting as the co-chair of Membership.
