Ryan Lipps

Mr. Lipps serves as a Partner of Athos Capital and also leads Greenstreet’s real estate acquisitions process. His responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting potential investments, leading the due diligence process, and preparation / presentation of investment proposals to Greenstreet’s Investment Committee as well as supporting the asset management team with analysis of existing portfolio investments and potential dispositions. Mr. Lipps has over 9 years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved in the execution of over $4.0B in transactions across a broad range of asset classes throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Greenstreet, Mr. Lipps was a Senior Associate at Elion Partners. Earlier, Mr. Lipps served in a series of progressive analytical/research positions at CBRE and Flagler Real Estate Services. Mr. Lipps graduated from the University of Florida in 2009 with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
