Ryan Knutson is a Financial Analyst with the National Retail Partners –Midwest. The NRP—His primary responsibilities include performing thorough review and analyses of leases, historical income and expense data, marketing assumptions, budgeted cash flow projections, and a range of other project-specific information and data sets.

Ryan joined CBRE in July of 2021 as part of the NRP -Midwest team. Ryan graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor's Degree in Real Estate& Urban Land Economics.
