Ryan Kieser has been in the mortgage banking industry since 2013 and a member of CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance group since 2016. Mr. Kieser works with institutional, middle-market, and entrepreneurial real estate investors to prepare and execute their real estate financing strategies. With extensive relationships and experience with a myriad of capital providers, Mr. Kieser specializes in the analysis and placement of first mortgage debt and structured financing for all major commercial property types and across the entire risk spectrum from permanent fixed-rate to speculative construction financing. Over the course of his career, Mr. Kieser has been directly involved in over 150 closed transactions with a total loan volume of approximately $6 billion. Mr. Kieser is also an advisor to CBRE National Partners, a group of industrial real estate investment sales experts acting as one within a partnership model. This market-leading group delivers superior information, analytics and strategy leading to exceptional execution over the industrial investment property life cycle and across the capital stack.
