Ryan Kennedy

Ryan has over 10 years of experience in accounting, 7 of which are within the real estate industry. In his role at Neyer Properties, Ryan is responsible for managing Neyer’s financial performance analysis and reporting for assets within the portfolio, acquisition prospects, and future developments. Additionally, he oversees loan requests and renewals, develops strategies for the existing loan portfolio, and coordinates and performs financial modeling and due diligence for loan closings. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance as well as a master’s degree in accounting, all from the University of Kentucky. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
