Ryan T Kelleher

Ryan Kelleher joined CenterPoint as Manager of Development Transactions in 2019. In this role, he assists the West Coast development team with all aspects of new development in the primary markets of Seattle, Northern California and Southern California. Ryan plays a key role in managing the entitlement and environmental review processes for development projects throughout the region. He also works with broker contacts to source new land acquisitions, responds to RFPs and interacts with prospective tenants. Additionally, Ryan contributes to building pro formas, underwriting and investment decks for new development projects. Before joining CenterPoint, he spent over seven years in the consulting industry specializing in land-use planning, entitlements and environmental impact analysis for complex land development and public works projects. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from University of California Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from University of California Irvine.
