Ryan Jeffers

Ryan is a member of the firm's Corporate & Tenant Services Group.  He focuses on office and industrial projects from the perspective of occupiers, helping clients to align their real estate with business, financial, and operational objectives.  Ryan's analytical skill allows him and his team not only to evaluate complex transactions from multiple perspectives, but also to develop models of options, strategies, and leverage early in the real estate process.  His experience with portfolio consolidations and dispositions has led to a number of larger headquarters and office assignments for clients such as First American Title, Huntington National Bank, and Cuyahoga County.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ryan graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University in Chicago.  Following college, he worked as an engineer conducting facility audits of energy use and designed energy conservation programs for clients ranging from multi-national firms to local non-profits and school systems.  While not a practicing engineer today, this skill set carries over in many ways to Ryan's current projects.

Ryan became a LEED Accredited Professional in 2003, one of the first professionals in Ohio from any industry to do so.
