DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Direct oversite of 7000 units across the Midwest Region Active participation in the growth of third-party management division Responsible for the recruitment, training/mentoring, and retention of talent and teams across all sites within region KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE Over 15 years of experience in multi-family/multi-site residential property management Proficient in budget and financial statement analysis to uncover inefficiencies, and implementing strategies for increased Net Operating Income Ability to assemble a cohesive team, with complementary skillsets, to ensure quality onsite operations for our clients’ assets Collaborate with current/future clients in sourcing, analyzing, and performing due diligence on potential acquisitions EDUCATION Bachelor of Arts, Economics - Michigan State University Master of Business Administration - Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management
