Bio

Ryan is a Director within Cushman & Wakefield's Tenant Advisory Group. He specializes in advising corporate office users in their real estate strategy and has negotiated over 1 million square feet of office space, representing occupiers in nearly every major U.S. market. In Dallas/Fort Worth, he represents clients across the market, focusing primarily on large corporate office users.

 

Ryan is a principal leader with Cushman & Wakefield's Banking and Financial Services practice in Dallas, which focuses on real estate strategy and advisory in the rapidly-changing environments of both traditional financial institutions and fast-growing financial technology (fintech) companies.

 

He also is a principal leader in the firm's Global Flexible Workspace Advisors practice, which is an industry thought-leader in workplace strategy and the "evolution of work." His expertise consists of advising operators of flexible workspace/coworking, as well as consulting with landlords and corporate occupiers on how to incorporate flexible workspace into their real estate strategies.

 

Prior to commercial real estate, Ryan began his career in corporate development with the Texas Rangers Baseball Club, where he spent five years personally cultivating new relationships with more than 1,500 Dallas companies. He then transitioned to the Dallas Stars Hockey Club, where he served as the Director of Sales for four years.
