Ryan Hixon

Ryan Hixon is a licensed sales associate in the state of Florida with responsibilities in the Capital Markets division of CBRE Jacksonville focusing on the multifamily product category. He is active in markets throughout north Florida and the southeast.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management with an MBA designation in real estate. He previously worked with The Core Companies in San Jose, California developing executive level financial models to track and analyze a portfolio of 16 apartment buildings. Additionally, Ryan has served as an Advisory Director on the Board of a San Antonio based real estate development group, Hixon Properties Inc.

After graduating with a B.A. from the University of Colorado, Ryan was employed with Appfolio Inc. to onboard new multifamily owners by transitioning their real estate portfolios onto the Appfolio platform. A lifelong ocean enthusiast, Ryan transferred to Surfline/Wavetrak Inc. to manage internal operations, client relationships and digital ad campaigns grossing $7mm in annual revenue. Mr. Hixon’s experience as a fourth generation Jacksonville native led him back to the southeast and provides him with a deep understanding of the region’s commercial submarkets.
