Ryan Heddleston

Mr. Heddleston, a Founding Principal at VaultCap Partners, is a seasoned multifamily real estate professional who started his career in 2005. Prior to forming VaultCap, he successfully acquired 24 multifamily properties, totaling 4,672 units with a total cost of $362 million, across an array of asset classes. His focus includes acquisition sourcing, capital raising and investor relations, capital improvement and renovation projects, asset and property management oversight, and overall management of the firm. Before his current role, Mr. Heddleston was the Director of Acquisitions at MBP Capital, Inc., a private equity real estate firm that specializes in multifamily properties. During his time there, he acted as a Key Principal while also serving on the Investment Committee and Valuation Committee for the firm's real estate fund and its affiliates. Mr. Heddleston also oversaw over $37 million of capital improvement projects. Mr. Heddleston holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
