Ryan serves as an Associate in IPA’s Seattle office. He joined the Seattle IPA team in 2019 and has provided detailed value analysis and granular market research on well over $1 billion of real estate. His analytical background, expertise in valuation, and in-depth market knowledge position him well to help clients meet their goals.

Prior to joining the IPA Seattle team, Ryan interned with MainStreet Property Group on their multifamily development team. He also interned with First Republic Investment Management, primarily with their alternative assets team. These experiences provided him with exposure to both the development and principal investment sides of the commercial real estate business and allow him to approach transactions from diverse viewpoints.

Ryan has a strong background in underwriting, economics, marketing, and management. Ryan’s experiences and background give him a strong platform from which to advise clients on the valuation and sale of multifamily assets.
