Ryan Halberg

Ryan Halberg is Vice President – Head of Investment Management for EDENS. As Head of Investment Managent, Ryan is responsible for bringing together an accomplished team of real estate professionals and partnering with other disciplines to establish best practices across the portfolio driving efficiencies and value. Ryan started with EDENS in Capital Markets supporting debt and equity transactions. Following that, he’s worked in Leasing, Development and Investments before being appointed to his current position. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology and a Masters of Accounting from The University of North Carolina. After graduating, Ryan started with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Group. Ryan is a member of both the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
