Ryan Guittare is a Managing Director and market leader for the Industrial Capital Markets team. He is responsible for valuing and marketing investment properties for sale in the Greater Philadelphia region. He provides best-in-class disposition services to institutional and private investors, REITs, financial institutions, and developers. In Guittare’s five years with the Capital Markets team, he has assisted in the disposition of over $1B of real estate, nearing 10M square feet.

EDUCATION

Ryan grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs and attended Penn State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and played on the men's varsity lacrosse team.
