Ryan Grand joined the Denver office of Marcus & Millichap in March 2016. As an associate with the InterWest Multifamily Group, Mr. Grand is responsible for facilitating the group's investment sales platform throughout Boulder and Northern Colorado. Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Mr. Grand served as a Manager's Associate for The Michelson Organization, based in St. Louis, Missouri. While at The Michelson Organization, Mr. Grand helped manage 300+ unit apartment complexes in San Antonio and Denver. His duties included touring, qualifying and leasing new tenants, maintaining tenant relations, developing and implementing marketing plans and coordinating vendor activities. Mr. Grand is a member of the National Multi Housing Group and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado. He received his BA from the University of Texas at Austin.
