Bio
Ryan Friend serves as a Team Leader and oversees all investment activities for the Washington, D.C., and Southeastern U.S. regional markets. Ryan joined DivcoWest in 2014 and established the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office in 2018.
Ryan has over 15 years of real estate investment experience and has overseen transactions across office, life science and multifamily in multiple domestic markets. Before joining DivcoWest, Ryan worked in the Investment Management Division at Hines in Boston and New York where he served on the management team for the U.S. Value Added Funds. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College and is a CFA Charterholder.
