Bio
Ryan oversees Vision's acquisitions platform. In this role, he is responsible for identifying, underwriting, structuring and closing investments within the company's core-plus, value-add and opportunistic investment portfolios. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of more than $300 million in office, industrial and retail properties and portfolios.
Prior to joining Vision in 2014, Ryan served as an investment analyst with Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI), where he underwrote and monitored ground-up commercial real estate development and redevelopment projects; analyzed and executed dispositions on behalf of PREI's core-plus fund; and managed relationships with joint-venture partners on the development and operations of multiple assets across the country. Ryan also has held positions with PENN Capital Management (PCM), where he was responsible for representing and managing institutional and high net worth investors within PCM's internally managed portfolios, and Grosvenor America, where he was involved in the underwriting and due diligence of multiple mixed-use development projects in the greater Washington D.C. market.
Ryan earned a bachelor's degree from University of Maryland College Park and a master's degree in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
