Bio
Ryan Fleming is an Associate of Institutional Property Advisors' (IPA) Seniors Housing Group and Marcus & Millichap's National Seniors Housing Group. Since joining the firm in 2014, Mr. Fleming has specialized in seniors housing and long-term care facility investment sales, and representing private investors, institutional clients, and seniors housing operators in the disposition of seniors housing facilities and portfolios. In his career, Mr. Fleming has closed over $160 Million worth of transactions, primarily focusing in Iowa, Nebraska, and Texas. In 2016, Mr. Fleming received the Sales Recognition Award from Marcus & Millichap, recognizing his achievements in gross sales for the firm.Mr. Fleming received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa.
