Ryan Feigelson

Ryan Feigelson is the Northwest vice president of NBP Capital. He joined the executive team in 2010 and has played an integral role in the growth of the portfolio. Feigelson helped secure all of the assets by sourcing deals across the different multi-family, office, industrial and hospitality sectors in the Pacific Northwest. He is responsible for overseeing NBP Capital’s investment and development activities including deal sourcing, dispositions, project development, underwriting, securing new debt, debt restructuring and transaction execution. Feigelson has helped to grow the fund from $3 million in assets under management to just over $1 billion in assets under management. During his career at NBP Capital, Feigelson has successfully executed over $800 million of new debt for NBP Capital. Feigelson received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in both management and finance from Oregon State University. He holds an Oregon Real Estate Principal Broker’s license, and is on the Designated Leaders Board of the Oregon NAIOP Chapter.
