Bio
Mr. Dunlap has 10 years of experience with three different Black Creek Group industrial real estate funds. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Investments at Industrial Property Trust (IPT). He also served as Vice President of Investments for Industrial Income Trust (IIT) and was a senior associate at Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust. Mr. Dunlap holds dual Masters Degrees in Business and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
