Ryan DeGennaro is a Senior Vice President in Partners’ Texas Investment Sales Division.

Before joining Partners, Ryan previously operated a boutique brokerage named CORE Group with 25 agents at its peak, and independently oversees an opportunity zone fund that purchases property for redevelopment in Houston. Before transitioning full time into real estate, he also spent 16 years with Certified Business Brokers as a Mergers & Acquisitions specialist selling lower middle-market businesses.

Ryan joined Certified Business Brokers shortly after his graduation from the University of Houston Bauer School of Business with a double major in management & entrepreneurship. Ryan’s vast collective experience in spec-building, mergers & acquisitions and investment real estate lends him a unique perspective to understand & deal with the same challenges his clients face as investors.
